Compiling MPQC V2 Verification

• Download the verification reference set

• In your src/bin/mpqc/validation object directory

  • “make inputs”
  • Run the *.in files in the run subdirectory
  • “make check”
  • An “*” indicates an unexpectedly large difference
  • “failed” indicates that a calculation did not complete
  • “missing” means the file was not found
